How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to personalize your 90-day text journey, send community updates and newsletters, connect you with peer supporters, and improve the Her Safe Haven experience. We do not sell your information to anyone. Ever.
Text Messages
By providing your phone number you consent to receive daily text messages from Her Safe Haven as part of your 90-day peer support journey. Message frequency varies based on program stage. You can stop these messages at any time by replying STOP. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For SMS support contact hersafehaveninc0524@gmail.com.
Community Content
Anything you post in The Parlor, Ask the Room, or the Win Wall is visible to other Her Safe Haven members. Please do not share personal identifying information you are not comfortable with other members seeing.
Your Rights
You can request that your account and data be deleted at any time by emailing hersafehaveninc0524@gmail.com. We will process all deletion requests within 30 days.
Crisis Situations
Her Safe Haven is not a crisis service. If you share something that indicates immediate risk to your safety or the safety of others, we may share that information with emergency services. We will always encourage you to call 911 or 988 first.
