SMS Program Description:
Her Safe Haven, Inc. offers a 90-day SMS peer support program. Members who opt in will receive daily encouragement, support check-ins, and community updates via text message.
How to Opt Out:
Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages will be sent.

Message Frequency:
Message frequency varies. During the 90-day journey, members may receive up to 1 message per day.

Age Restriction:
